This sculpture was created as a tribute to man's strength of spirit: "From the ashes of conflict come the everlasting hope for peace". In 2012 it won the "Director's Award" for Sculpture Walk, Sioux Falls, SD; and in 2014 it won the "Bronze Award" at the Art Sculpture, Mankato, MN.
