Flower Dancing In The Wind

The original inspiration for this sculpture came from the book, Dancing Colors.  The following quote created the vision in my mind's eye of a carefree young woman dancing with her shawl outstretched behind her:  "It was in the springtime that my grandmother gave me her name, Flower Dancing in the Wind.  I will be know by her name after she is gone."  This piece has been purchased for the permanent art collections of the following cities:  Chelan, WA (2008);  Fountain Hills, AZ (2001... where it won the "People's Choice" award);  Sheridan, WY (2005);  Sioux Falls, SD (2010)
